Vidcom Recharge

We provide all the recharge services for the different postpaid and prepaid mobile phones and DTH, solely as a reseller. We hereby categorically inform all (including users) that we are not a DTH service provider or telecommunication company/service provider. We are only a reseller of the DTH and postpaid/prepaid mobile communication services provided by the different companies and their aggregators/distributors. We do not provide any guarantee or warranty on the services, which are provided by the different service providers. If any dispute arises in between the user and the telecommunication/DTH service provider in areas including minutes provided, quality, expiration date, cost and other terms and conditions of the associated recharge purchased as Vidcom website. it has to be handled directly by the service provider and the user (or recipient of the recharge).

Rail/Air/Bus Tickets

We hereby inform all (including users of the website) that we are not operating any transportation services and are only a platform where users can acquire/purchase rai/air/bus tickets. The users are free to select any operator/mode at their sole discretion and according to their convenience.

Vidcom holds the responsibility of providing the platform where tickets of the given modes of travel can be issued, canceled, supported for refund, and other areas of information. Vidcom is not responsible for issues including luggage safety, services offered, and time schedule among others.

All refunds and cancellations will only be under entertained and carried out as per the policies and terms of the transportation service provider/ticket issuing agency.

All passengers are expected to abide by the terms and conditions associated with travel when they avail the services. These may include (but not limited to) carrying of identity proof, valid ticket and other documents, and not carrying any dangerous article, weapon, or combustible material, and the like.

The service provider is responsible for the services, facilities, and amenities that are being shown on the website as being part of the transaction/deal. Users may further enquire about the offers to make better decisions.

Payment of Insurance Premium Bills and the like

The users are responsible for providing correct, complete and the necessary and requisite information when they pay for their insurance premium, bills, and make other similar payments on the Vidcom website. Vidcom holds the rights to suspend/terminate the account (for all future transactions) of the user or rejects the transaction if the information entered is not correct or complete. Vidcom holds no responsibility for any problem or liability that occurs because of the below-stated causes or reasons (the below-given list is not an exhaustive list).

Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the users

Unavailability of sufficient funds in the user account

A rejection by the service provider (or any kind of discrepancy), to whom the user had made the payment

Rejection of the payment or transaction by the financial institution or Bank for any reason pertaining to their process or procedure. Vidcom will, however, inform the users about the failed payments

A reason which is beyond the control, or is not attributable to Vidcom
